As soon as the device is powered on and connected to the network either via Wi-Fi or Ethernet it automatically appears within the Passpartoo management interface. From there, administrators can configure access rules, assign user tags, define schedules, and monitor access logs in real time. Instant feedback at every tap
When a user presents their tag to the Keylite device, the system immediately responds with both audible and visual feedback. A built-in buzzer confirms that the tag has been read, while the integrated OLED display shows a clear visual cue. Depending on the access result, the screen can display either a custom image (such as a company logo) or a solid color: green if access is granted, red if denied. This dual-feedback mechanism ensures clarity and speed at every entry point, improving both usability and reliability.
Security you can trust
Keylite uses personalized cryptographic keys to control access to each tag. Only authorized tags can unlock the door, and every attempt is logged and verified in real time by the Passpartoo backend. If a tag is reported lost or stolen, it can be immediately placed in quarantine, access is blocked, and any attempt to reuse it is automatically detected and flagged for investigation. To prevent hardware tampering, any Keylite device that remains offline for an unusual amount of time is automatically excluded from the system. This ensures that if someone disconnects or isolates a reader to analyze or hack it, the system detects the anomaly and blocks it until manual reactivation.
Access and attendance in one tap
Keylite can be enabled to work not only as an access control device but also as a time and attendance terminal. When this feature is activated via Passpartoo, each valid badge tap is automatically recorded as a service entry in People, the integrated HR Management system. This allows organizations to control both physical access and working time with a single device. No double check-in, no extra hardware, no complications.
